- Provided in the web design fee is a one hour consultation to discuss your ideas and go over your materials.
A signed contract and deposit ($300 for basic package) is due at that time. The remaining fee will be due once the site is approved by you and prior to it being posted to the web on your site.
- Please bring the following things to your consultation with MediaZeal:
- Your brainstorming notes and ideas.
- All written materials if they already exist (brochures, business cards, ads, etc.).
- All graphics, photos and logo art.
- All written content you want on your pages (this does not have to be final copy). This needs to be on floppy disk or emailed to MediaZeal. There will be extra charges for typing content if not provided digitally.
- Any questions you may have.
- MediaZeal will:
- present design mock-ups for approval
- provide high-resolution scanning, graphic creation or optimization as agreed
- provide page design, layout and construction
- assist in domain registration and setting up site hosting
- provide extra services as needed at additional hourly cost to include:
- database design and interface coding
- graphic art design (logos and print materials)
- digital photography (in the greater Sacramento area)
- copy writing and/or editing
- Flash animation
- video editing
- typing any content not digitally provided
A test site will be available for review and to assist communication regarding edits during this creation process.
